Thank you for shopping at WaistSculpt. We are committed to providing high-quality products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we're here to help. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds.


Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Condition: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Hygiene: For hygiene reasons, all returned items must be clean and free of stains, odors, or pet hair. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these hygiene standards.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our Customer Service team at hello@waistsculpt.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the address of our return warehouse in China.
  3. Ship Your Item: Please securely pack the item in its original packaging, write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package, and ship it to the address provided.

Please note:

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Processing Time: Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for our team to inspect the item and process your refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please email us at hello@waistsculpt.com.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at hello@waistsculpt.com. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.


International Returns

For international orders, the same 30-day return policy applies. However, please note that any duties, taxes, or customs fees paid on the original order are non-refundable. Customers are also responsible for any return shipping charges and any customs fees incurred during the return process.
