Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping Options, Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer the following shipping options for your convenience. Charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. WaistSculpt is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, and they are your responsibility as the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

WaistSculpt is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, taxes, and other charges).

Shipping Address Changes

If you need to change or correct your shipping address, please contact us immediately at hello@waistsculpt.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed or shipped. Please double‑check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

Damages

WaistSculpt is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, as the carrier may require evidence.

Lost or Stolen Packages

WaistSculpt is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout. Upon inquiry, we will provide the delivery confirmation, tracking information, and shipping carrier details so you can investigate further with the carrier.
