Role at WaistSculpt
Berg Li works alongside the WaistSculpt product and editorial teams to help review exercise-related educational content and practical wear guidance. As a member of WaistSculpt's content review board, he is responsible for the safety and compliance review of all health-adjacent content published on WaistSculpt.com. This includes:
- Safety review of all content discussing wear duration, compression intensity, thermal activity, and physical discomfort.
- Verification that all health-adjacent statements are accompanied by appropriate disclaimers and usage boundaries.
- Confirmation that no content makes medical claims or exaggerated promises about body transformation.
- Guidance on exercise-related recommendations, posture support claims, and thermal training safety.
For example, Berg has performed safety and usage reviews for our Mesh Compression Tank Top, evaluating exercise-related safety language and compression wear usage guidance.
Content reviewed by Berg Li carries the designation "Reviewed for exercise safety and fitness guidance by Berg Li (CBBA Advanced Professional Fitness Trainer)." This review covers fitness safety and exercise guidance only — not medical claims. WaistSculpt products are fitness and posture aids, not medical devices.

About Berg
Before becoming a fitness coach, Berg spent nearly 10 years as a karate instructor. He has now been a professional fitness trainer for close to 8 years. His students range from 14 to 80 years old — office workers with back pain from sitting all day, people who get winded climbing stairs, and anyone dealing with overwhelming stress.
Over the past decade, Berg has worked with office workers, beginners returning to exercise, older adults, postpartum clients, and recreational athletes — helping each group move better and feel more confident in their daily lives.
Berg's philosophy is simple: exercise should not feel like punishment. It should make your everyday life easier and more enjoyable. No experience needed. No pressure. Just simple, effective movement — plus some boxing when you need to blow off steam.
