This is simply the best workout vest I have experienced in years. I bought my first one and found that I needed two. As you can see, I am almost ready for my next size down. I like the XXL because it has a longer profile as I'm 6'4". Highly recommend it for your training routine. The wrap-around is adjustable for a very comfortable fit.

make sure to measure your waist and stomach with a tape measure to get an accurate measurement and get the right size accordingly but this is a great product I'll write my update in a few weeks to see if there's any improvements or cons
I had never even considered a waist trainer before but thought I'd give it a try. This has really made a dramatic change in my physique in and out of the waist training.
