Wonderful vest. Does exactly what I want.
This vest, unlike the long sleeved version, is really great. If you are like me and you want an extremely snug/tight fit neoprene vest then purchase 1 size smaller than your regular shirt size. These run a but small to begin with but one size below your normal shirt size should be enough to give you a very snug fit.
I will give this 5 stars because I really do like this product HOWEVER I would like to suggest to the manufacturer that they extend the length of the overall vest. If it had about 2-3 more inches in length on the body then it would be 110% perfect.
Makes you sweat, cleans easily, looks good and can be worn under cloths if you want. Sometimes I do that when I am attending class as I am walking all over campus all day and it's great to sweat, keep the sweat in and also tone your body all day long. If you really want to take it 1 step higher, get a carrier oil that is great for the skin, such as castor oil, and rub your body with the oil before putting on the vest. It keeps the oils in and shows great results. However, if you are going to wear this without an undershirt below it, make sure that you wash it several times beforehand as it could potentially give you a rash if you don't.

Who knows, maybe the tighter it is the quicker it works (that's a joke). I've worn this while running on the treadmill and it really feels like you're working with this on.
