1. Waist Trainer vest. This is the 2nd order for this item. I have been using a XXL size for several weeks and love the way it makes me feel. I originally bought it to wear under my dress work shirts which I buy in the trim option , don't like a baggy shirt which happens due to a large neck. The shirts we just a bit snug with the belly buttons showing a little pull. This item solved that just as expected, in addition helps my back with a good support and it generally makes me feel better all day. After a couple weeks it was feeling less tight when zippered, I was not sure if I might have slimmed or the vest stretched. I wanted some additional vests since it was working so I re-ordered in both the original XXL and added 2 XL. The XL was a bit more difficult to zip up due to its smaller size, but felt wonderful the first day of use.
2. The only thing that causes me trouble is the zipper is backwards for a men's clothing item. Instead of the zipper with the handle pull on the right side where you use your right hand to pull it up, these vests have the zipper on the left side and even though I am left handed I still have trouble getting the zipper joined and started.
3. I would definitely recommend this item to anyone with a little too much belly to help hold it in.

My product came today. My biggest concern was that it would not fit. However, it fit just right according to their size chart. Also, I like the protective layer of material inside that protects your skin as you zip it up. I also like how it gives you that instant slim look as it smooths out those lumpy areas as you can clearly see in my pic without the product. I'm happy with it.

WOW, what an amazing product....Trying to get rid of that last 10-20 lbs, what a great product, well made,...this thing really gets rid of those extra pounds of fat and water weight.....getting shredded is the goal and this product will help, now seeing veins that were lost for a couple years...
I LOVE THIS PRODUCT....I'm a medium but should have gotten a small, as i think i dropped some size before i got it, but it fits perfectly, holding on to those small love handles and keeping them invisible....better than those 6 inch bands....
I definitely recommend to anyone out there looking for a good sweat during your demanding workouts and even if you wanna use it for outdoor work......you will shed those stubborn pounds with out even knowing it.... works so well i'm gonna use it as a base layer for Chicago weather coming soon......Would like a size Small to rotate during the week...

Recommend to buy- it is compression so make sure you know what size you prefer, i usually use medium, but i chose the small to get the tight fit so i can get those love handles in order...

Just amazing, fits perfectly, the size chart was accurate, i thought at first i had to choose a 3XL, because ive used other sauna vests and the 2XL did not fit me well. But i trusted the size chart of this product, and they did an amazing job with it. I love the material, how it fits to my belly, it doesnt goes up, like others do, this one stays there.
Believe me, you will lose a lot of weight if you use it while working out everyday, i sweated like crazy the first day i used it. Recommended at 100%, remember this is an investment for you health and self esteem, its completely worth it :D. The last photo is the sweat after working out, you should have seen my shirt and pants, like i was in the middle of the rain :D.
